On Friday, I was faced with a major crisis at my home, my air conditioner went on the blink. On Saturday morning, I called your office to see if I could get some one to come out and check the unit. One of your service men, Shane, came out and after checking the unit gave me the bad news, the unit which was 14 years old was dead. Now this is where Shane came to our rescue.
